Presenting an Architectural Design.
We have to remember most clients of Real Estate are no architects themselves. Sometimes, it can be difficult for them to visualize an architectural design based on a two-dimensional drawing or blueprint alone. But when a client can look around and walk inside a virtual rendering of the space, they can really see your vision come to life.
The process starts with the architect's drawings and CAD files. From there we start fully rendering the space, dressing it up with textures, lighting and the designer's idea. Afterwards, we can create a fully immersive and interactive experience that will take the client from blueprint and plans to the most accurate vision of the finished project.
